We generally ship your order within 3 - 4 business days of when you submit it (Excludes weekends). However, delays can occur. If you need an order by a specific date, make sure you let us know in the comments section at checkout. Preferred orders placed after 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time will not be shipped until the following business day. Preferred packages generally arrive the third full business day after shipment (Does not count day shipped).
We ship with UPS, Fed-Ex and the US Postal Service. Deliveries are generally made Monday - Friday. We do not offer a Saturday delivery service. In most cases, when using Ground service, you will receive your order within 4-10 business days of purchase. In some cases, it may take longer.
Alaska & Hawaii
*Alaska, and Hawaii customers will have a $7.50 surcharge added to their orders. Your orders will ship via the Postal Service Priority Mail.
